Royalselangor.com is happy to unconditionally guarantee all our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us and we will refund your credit card account for the entire amount, less shipping charges, duties and taxes related to the return. Please note that all purchases must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days from date of receipt. The date of receipt will be the endorsed date by our courier service which can be viewed via Order Tracking.

Should you wish to return or exchange for another new item, please follow the instructions below :

Please include the original invoice, which was delivered together with your item. If you do not have the original invoice, please include a letter with your returned item that includes the following information:

            -Address
            -Phone number
            -Order number
            -Item name / description
            -Reason for return
