Delivery & Pickup

Shipping and handling charges are based on the country you ship - the country you select on the shipping form. We reward our online customers with FREE delivery if the order value to the same destination is above a certain value.  



All orders will be delivered via DHL, Fedex, UPS or Aramex.

Processing Time

For orders within Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, we deliver most items within 3 working days. Delivery to other international destinations may take up to 5 working days. Item(s) with logo engraving or limited edition item(s) may require additional 1-2 working days to process the order.

More time is required to process the order if the quantity of the order is large or there is insufficient stock, due to overwhelming demand or delivery to places outside standard delivery areas.

Custom Clearance

Customs clearance in European countries, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan only takes 1-2 days. But the customs clearance for orders transacted in USD will require longer lead-time to deliver to customers as the orders will only be released from customs once the duty and tax is paid by the recipient to the courier services.

Orders may get on hold by customs in countries like China, Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Brazil, South Africa, Russia for longer period of time due to the different procedures practised by customs. We may require your cooperation to provide requested documents or appoint a local agent to act on your behalf. For orders delivered to Russia, we only accept orders delivered to company addresses in Russia.

Item Tracking

Customer will receive a notification email from the courier service with tracking details once your item(s) has been dispatched from Royal Selangor headquarters.


Please provides us a third party delivery address to receive your order parcel on behalf of your absence. If you received a notification of delivery attempt, please contact the number on your notification card from the courier service to arrange for delivery on the next day.

On Demand Delivery

We provide On-Demand Delivery service FREE to any customers from Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, China, Macau and South Korea. Customers are required to enter their mobile number and email address in the shipping form on our website. Customers will receive automatic notifications once shipments are picked up from our headquarters.

A pre-delivery notification via sms will be sent to the recipient before the estimated delivery date. Recipient can modify the requested delivery date and delivery options upon receiving the notification or via the website/left card.

Recipient can:

- Schedule Your Delivery - Reschedule delivery date /time

- Leave with Neighbour - Consignee can specify specific location/unit no

- Service Point Delivery - Self-Collection

Neutral Delivery

Every payment receipt will be attached on the delivery parcel, as requested by Customs. Special inquiry to remove receipt of your order will incur additional cost charged by courier service providers.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Royal Selangor delivers your orders to anywhere in the world, excluding P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses.

Tax and custom duties will be borne by Royal Selangor except for orders transacted in US dollars. These charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. We will include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for Customs declaration. If you wish to pay for the duties and taxes on behalf of the recipient for orders transacted in US dollars, please get in touch with us upon ordering and we will bill you once we receive the charges. For this purpose, we will need your approval to charge your credit card.

Terms & Conditions

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address prior to completing an order. We have the right to refuse delivery if the address was incorrectly entered , eg. keying in a UK-based street and postcode information and setting the country to Malaysia.
