Citrus Shandy (with a twist!)
You’ll need:
- 1 bottle of light lager or pilsner (a crisp one works best)
- 30 ml fresh orange juice
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- A splash of soda water (optional for extra fizz)
- Ice
- Orange or lemon slice, for garnish
In your highball glass, add ice and pour in the orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently with your bar spoon. Slowly top with the beer; tilt the glass slightly for a smoother pour and less foam. Add a splash of soda water if you like it extra bubbly. Garnish with a slice of citrus, and serve cold.
