Why wait for special occasions? It's the little things that make life beautiful. Create your own special moments and celebrate all the good in life like family, friendship, love, and small wins.

Follow our easy guide on creative ways to craft your own special moments.

A Breath of Fresh Air

Life is made of small moments, so it is up to you to make them memorable.

The sun is out, and there is a breeze. So instead of having your drinks indoors, do it differently by enjoying them out by the pool or garden.

Have some fun in the sun! All you need is sunscreen, décor items, some drinking accessories and a good read!

A Place in the Sun

Sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes to make an everyday activity feel extraordinary!

Roll up the blinds and savour the sunlight that floods in, or simply enjoy your afternoon activities outside.

Bask out on the balcony or backyard and soak up the sun whilst enjoying your favourite glass of pinot noir or a game of chess on a lazy afternoon.

Little Moments, Big Memories

Create meaningful family moments and savour a sunny afternoon by setting up a whimsical picnic in your backyard.

Pack the essentials — some cosy pillows, a blanket, sandwiches, treats and drinks. Don’t forget fun and cute accents to complete the dreamy décor for that perfect family photo!

Crafting Special Moments for Friends and Loved Ones
Celebrating What Connects Us
Rounds
Rounds is a depiction of an ancient Chinese idiom, ‘Three rounds of drinks’, which means whenever friends convene at a round table, the host would constantly walk around to refill everyone's cup, ensuring they are all satisfied.

Six elegant cups fit into one another, resembling a circle of friends with arms around shoulders. The volume of each cup is 45ml, which fits Chinese white wine (baijiu), whisky, and tea.

So let’s drink to happiness, health, friendship, love, wisdom and success!

Gifts of Well Wishes and Gratitude
Five Blessings
The Five Blessings collection features five graceful stylised bat motifs. The pronunciation of bat in Chinese is a homophone for ’blessings’, and considered as an auspicious animal. The motif of the five bats refers to wufu or the ‘five blessings’ which include longevity, prosperity, health and virtue.

The auspiciousness of the collection is further enhanced by other complementary elements: clouds representing good fortune; the lingzhi motif immortality and the fulfilment of wishes; the peony blossom wealth and honour, whilst the lotus petal border is a pun for harmony. The fu character which means ‘joy’ in Chinese, stylised in a traditional roundel, marks every item.

Celebrating Camaraderie and Kinship
Star Wars Classic Chess Set
Iconic characters representing opposing forces from Star Wars Episodes IV, V and VI, face each other across a chessboard of tempered glass, capped by satin finish pewter feet. The embattled Rebel Alliance faces down their menacing Imperial counterparts as pewter chess pieces, enhanced by sleek bonded porcelain plinths in cool grey and matt black, respectively.

Royal Selangor’s affectionate homage to Star Wars is a collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia. This item comes in Star Wars Official Licensee packaging.

Sharing the Magic of Childhood
Genie Music Carousel
Disney’s animated cartoon of a story from The Book of One Thousand and One Nights, itself an 18th century take on an earlier Syrian folk tale, features a crowd-pleasing genie, emerging from his lamp and belting out a brassy 40s swing-style Friend Like Me upon his first meeting with a befuddled Aladdin.

In pewter, on a base of composite resin.
