Sculptura: Art in Motion & Metal
Royal Selangor expands Sculptura, a series of animal-inspired sculptures that draw inspiration from early 20th-century artistic movements, featuring bold, angular silhouettes that celebrate the beauty of abstraction and the tactile language of metal.
Now in its third expression, Sculptura continues to explore the striking interplay of form, volume, and perspective through pewter.
Sculptura Bull
A powerful study in upward motion, the bull charges forward with purposeful force. A symbol of strength, resilience, and confident ascent, the bull speaks to the drive to overcome and rise, whether in business, life or spirit. Cast in pewter and mounted on a solid walnut-stained rubberwood base with a rising slope, the piece includes a small engraving plate for personalisation.
Also available as a Limited Edition of 500 in pewter, gilded with 24K gold, on a walnut-stained rubberwood base.
Sculptura Horse
All motion and ambition, the rearing horse captures a moment of pure vitality. Its upward lift reflects unbridled energy, and instinctive power and strength. In many cultures, the rearing pose suggests victory, spirited determination, and a readiness to face challenge head-on. Inspired by the Arabian horse, celebrated for its grace, endurance, and spirited character.
Cast in pewter and set on a wooden base with an engraving plate for names, milestones, or a message of your own.
Sculptura Elephant Pair
A tender yet grounded composition, this sculpture honours one of the most enduring bonds in nature; between parent and child. In both form and sentiment, the elephants evoke protection, quiet strength, and wisdom passed down. Across cultures, the elephant stands as a guardian of memory and legacy.
The design takes inspiration from the pygmy elephants of Borneo, known for their gentle nature and distinctive proportions. Cast entirely in pewter, the two-part design allows the figures to be arranged together or apart; an elegant reflection of love that stays connected, no matter the distance.
