The Rungus, who live in the northernmost district of Sabah, have managed to retain much of their cultural heritage despite rapid development. Pinakol, consisting of a pair of belts or straps woven with seed beads and worn bandolier-style across the chest and back, continue to be a part of daily dress. Crisply-stamped bright pewter disc, on a food safe eco-composite body in stylish black.

About the collection
The Heritage collection draws from Malaysia’s abundance of cultural riches, from the artistic expressions of her original peoples, to the assimilated influences of centuries of migration, trade and interaction with a wider world.
