Whilst its handsome bowl will catch the eye, the candle’s cleansing scent of sage might transport the senses to a place beyond the physical. Soy beeswax blend candle, with wood wicks. The yellow pine lid doubles as a trivet to protect surfaces from heat.
The pewter bowl makes a great cache for keepsakes. To remove spent wax, ensure the bowl is stable on an absorbent surface like a tea towel. Fill with water just shy of boiling, to about 1cm (0.5”) of the rim. Avoid touching the pewter; it will be hot! Let cool completely (overnight’s a good idea). The melted wax will have floated to the water’s surface and solidified, making removal and disposal easy.
Burning instructions Burn only on a stable, heat resistant surface, and for no more than four hours at a time. Burn in a well ventilated area. Keep away from draughts. The pewter bowl may become hot when the candle is burning. Stop using when only 0.6cm (0.25”) of wax remains.
